Letters Against Isolation
Our Idea
Letters Against Isolation have been fighting senior loneliness by sending more than 825,000 letters around the world since April of 2020. Their Mission Statement: We fight senior loneliness one letter at a time. Through handwritten messages of love, hope, and joy, our volunteer community brings seniors connection and improves their mental and physical health.
Our Service Project
The Bartlett Lions frequently write letters to seniors in assisted living faci, nursing homes and rehab centers. All of this to let them know we are thinking about them.
